Vegetarian Hamburger
A tasty and simple option for your burger.
Ingredients

100g grated fresh beetroot

30g well drained ricotta cheese

240 ml water

75 g oat flakes
-
1 egg yolk
-
2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

1/4 teaspoon cumin powder

1/2 teaspoon salt flakes

1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation Method
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Put the quinoa in a fine sieve and wash well in cold water. Dry well for 10 minutes before using. Once dry, place in a sling pan and add a cup of water and cook.
- Cover and boil for 15-20 minutes or until the water is absorbed. With the help of a fork shape the quinoa.
- In a medium bowl, mix well the beetroot, quinoa, beans, egg yolk, ricotta, garlic, parsley, oats, salt, pepper, mustard, sweet paprika, cumin and coriander.
- Divide the mixture into 4 balls. Line the baking tray with baking paper. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet and flatten them carefully, brush them with a teaspoon of olive oil and bake in the oven (already preheated) for 15 minutes.
- When the burgers are ready, remove them from the oven and set aside.
- We place the burgers on the buns with the guacamole sauce, the tomato and onion slices and the lettuce. We serve the burger with some chips.
