Udon Noodles with Chicken
A delicious but slightly spicy noodles dish with chicken and mushrooms in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients

350 gr chicken

4 mushrooms
-
3 spring onions
Sauce
-
2 chopped garlic
-
1 tbsp. ginger (freshly grated)
Preparation Method
- Cook the udon noodle and drain well and immediately rinse with cold water. Set aside.
- Make the sauce: Add all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Saute the ingredients: Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan or wok. Add the chicken pieces and cook until the chicken is no longer pink and starts to brown slightly. Add the mushrooms and cook for a few more minutes until the mushrooms start to brown.
- Finish the dish: Add the udon noodle and the prepared sauce to the wok, mix everything well and cook until the noodle is well heated through. Garnish with chives and serve hot.
