Udon Noodles with Chicken

A delicious but slightly spicy noodles dish with chicken and mushrooms in under 30 minutes.

Preparation Method

  1. Cook the udon noodle and drain well and immediately rinse with cold water. Set aside.
  2. Make the sauce: Add all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  3. Saute the ingredients: Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan or wok. Add the chicken pieces and cook until the chicken is no longer pink and starts to brown slightly. Add the mushrooms and cook for a few more minutes until the mushrooms start to brown.
  4. Finish the dish: Add the udon noodle and the prepared sauce to the wok, mix everything well and cook until the noodle is well heated through. Garnish with chives and serve hot.
