Turkey rice with oyster sauce

Ingredients

200g of turkey

1 onion cut into rounds

2 garlic cloves

4g fresh ginger
-
1/2 courgette in 1 cm squares or other green vegetable

Fresh coriander leaves

wine to cook

Sunflower oil q.b.
Preparation Method
- Start by heating a casserole with the onion until caramelized (5 minutes).
- Add the oil, ginger, courgette or other green vegetable and the shredded turkey and sauté over high heat.
- Refresh with wine once everything is cooked.
- Quickly add the cooked rice, mixing everything with the oyster and soy sauce.
- The rice will take on a golden color and will be ready when it is all that color.
- Add the toasted sesame seeds and coriander leaves and serve hot.
