Tortiglioni with Chicken and Shitake Mushrooms

Ingredients

350 g fresh Shitake mushrooms in quarters

600 g diced chicken breast

50 g chopped garlic

5 g chopped parsley
Preparation Method
- Sauté the chicken in olive oil and set aside;
- In the same sauté pan add the remaining olive oil and sauté the mushrooms;
- Add the garlic and fry until golden brown;
- Add the garlic and fry until golden brown, refresh with white wine and reduce;
- Add the chicken and the cream with chicken stock;
- Let boil for 2min;
- Add the tortiglioni and finish with parsley.
