Tofu with Lemon, Mustard Powder, and Marjoram
Tofu is a delicacy that allows for many recipe variations. The result was a very delicate and at the same time remarkable taste because of the mustard and lemon.
Ingredients

200g tofu of firm consistency

Marjoram

2 tablespoons minced leek

1 tbsp mustard powder

1 tablespoon of garlic powder
Preparation Method
- Drain the liquid from the tofu well, pat dry with a paper towel and cut into small cubes.
- Place the tofu cubes in a bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste, add the lemon juice and add the mustard and garlic powder. Mix delicately so as not to break the tofu. Then add the marjoram leaves. Let it rest in this seasoning for at least 15 minutes to marinate well the flavour of the seasoning.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Add the chopped leeks and then the cubes of tofu. Lower the heat. Stir from time to time, taking care not to break the tofu. Fry over a low heat until golden brown. Now ready to serve.
