Stuffed Potato
Do potatoes and mincemeat have to end up in a pie? Not always. Try this original, easy and very tasty recipe for potato stuffed with minced meat.
Ingredients

4 large, beautiful potatoes

200g minced beef

Pepper to taste

1 bay leaf
-
4 tablespoons of black beer
-
1 small onion
-
4 cloves of garlic
-
200g chopped spinach
-
Cheddar cheese
Preparation Method
- Start by washing the potatoes very well; rub them with olive oil and put them in the oven, preheated to 180ºC, for at least 40 minutes.
- Season the meat with salt, pepper, paprika, bay leaf, and two tablespoons of beer: mash well and leave to rest.
- Sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic in a low frying pan in a good drizzle of olive oil until they turn golden; add the meat and as soon as it comes to a boil add the beer.
- Once the potatoes are ready, cut them open with a knife and scoop out the potato flesh; mix with the meat, spinach, and cheddar cheese and fill the potatoes again.
- Brush the potatoes with olive oil and return them to the oven to just brown.
- Be extremely happy eating!
