Strawberry Cheesecake
Strawberry cheesecake with a cookie base to rock desserts and delight the whole family! Enjoy yourself!

Preparation Method
- Prepare the base: crush the cookies well and mix them with the butter, previously melted, until you get a dough. Line a mold with a removable base with it, pressing down well with the “back” of a spoon. Book in the cold.
- Prepare the filling: arrange and wash the strawberries, cut them in half and arrange them on the biscuit base.
- Soak the gelatine leaves in cold water. Beat the cream cheese with the brown sugar. In a separate bowl, beat the cream and then mix it with the previous preparation.
- Drain the gelatine sheets and melt them in the microwave, without boiling. Incorporate them into the cream cheese, in thread and stirring constantly. Pour into the mold, over the strawberries, smooth and refrigerate until solidified.
- Meanwhile, the frosting: When you unmold the cheesecake, cover the surface with the Strawberry Jam and serve.
