Stewed Beef with Mediterranean Sauce, Potatoes and Peas
A comforting meal for cold days.
Ingredients

800gr of Beef (pieces)

3 Potatoes

200gr Peas

1 Garlic Clove

1 chopped onion

1 sprig of Rosemary

1 bay leaf
Preparation Method
- Finely chop an onion and prepare a stir-fry with garlic, rosemary, and bay leaf.
- Add the pieces of meat to the sauté and drizzle with the red wine.
- Once the wine has evaporated, add the Mediterranean sauce and cook over very low heat for at least 2 hours.
- When there are 30 minutes left to cook, add the diced potatoes and peas. Finish cooking and serve.
