Preparation Method
- Season the steaks with salt, black peppercorns, and rosemary. Heat the oil in a frying pan, let it heat up, add the meat and cook until it is to your liking.
- Remove the meat to a plate and set it aside.
- Pour the cream into the pan and let it cook, so that the cream mixes with the meat juices left in the pan.
- Sprinkle with Telicherry pepper and season with salt.
- Drizzle the steaks with the previous sauce and serve them with white rice.
