Spicy Farofa

Simple to make, but just because it’s practical doesn’t mean it’s not delicious. Try accompanying it with meat on the barbecue.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 small onion grated
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Pitted green olives, chopped to taste
  • Seedless raisins to taste
  • 100 g of apricots (optional)
  • bacon to taste

Preparation Method

  1. In a food processor, grind the Crackers with Red Chilli until they become flour.
  2. Reserve.
  3. Place the butter, onion, oil, and salt in a pan. Saute onion until golden.
  4. Add the bacon, then add the olives, raisins, apricots, or other dried fruit.
  5. Then add the crushed crackers to the sauté and mix well.

Notes:
Serve hot or cold.
