Spicy Farofa
Simple to make, but just because it’s practical doesn’t mean it’s not delicious. Try accompanying it with meat on the barbecue.
Ingredients

1 tablespoon of butter

1 small onion grated

3 tablespoons of olive oil

Pitted green olives, chopped to taste

Seedless raisins to taste

100 g of apricots (optional)

bacon to taste
Preparation Method
- In a food processor, grind the Crackers with Red Chilli until they become flour.
- Reserve.
- Place the butter, onion, oil, and salt in a pan. Saute onion until golden.
- Add the bacon, then add the olives, raisins, apricots, or other dried fruit.
- Then add the crushed crackers to the sauté and mix well.
Notes:
Serve hot or cold.
