Spare Ribs with Roast Potatoes

Preparation Method
- Slice the potatoes after washing them very well. Salt them, season them with chopped rosemary and a drizzle of olive oil, and put them in the oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
- Pour the tomato puree into a pan, and season it with salt, pepper, bay leaf, and garlic.
- Once it begins to boil, add the ribs and cook for at least 2 hours, adding water if necessary.
- Serve the ribs with the sauce on top and the potatoes on the side.
