Spaghetti with Smoked Salmon
A fish dish is always delicious but when it comes to salmon it’s hard to resist! This easy and tasty recipe is accompanied by spaghetti. A simple meal you can serve to the whole family that everyone will love to enjoy. Don’t forget the carrot in the dish that completes the recipe.
Ingredients

500 g spaghetti

1 grated carrot

1 onion

2 cloves garlic

2 tbsp (tablespoons) chopped coriander
Preparation Method
- Cook the spaghetti in boiling water seasoned with salt and a dash of oil.
- Sauté the onion and garlic, peeled and chopped, in a large frying pan with the olive oil. Add the carrot, fold in, sauté for a few moments, then add the smoked salmon, cut into strips, and mix.
- Drain the spaghetti, add it to the frying pan, mix and drizzle with the cream. Season with salt and pepper, fold in carefully, sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve.
