Spaghetti with Poached Egg, Truffle and Paprika de la Vera
If you don’t have much time and want to prepare a simple and quick meal, this recipe is perfect.
Ingredients

150 gr. spaghetti

1 egg
Preparation Method
- Cook the spaghetti. Once cooked, sauté in olive oil with the truffle for flavour and set aside.
- Cook the poached egg in water for about 4 minutes.
- On a plate, place the pasta with the truffle and the egg on top. Sprinkle with Pimentón de La Vera Doce Fumado DOP and add salt to taste.
