Smoked Salmon Quiche

This smoked salmon quiche is a great starter or, if you prefer, it can be served as a main course with a colorful salad.

  1. In a round shape with a removable bottom, place the dough on a sheet of parchment paper. Press it against the bottom and sides of the shape.
  2. Place another sheet of parchment paper over the dough and add dry grain.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until the dough starts to turn golden.
  4. Beat the eggs with the cream in a bowl. Season with salt and pink pepper and mix well.
  5. Pour this mixture over the dough in the tart pan, after discarding the grain and the parchment paper.
  6. Garnish with the smoked salmon, spoonfuls of cream cheese and chopped chives.
  7. Return to the oven until the quiche is well cooked.
