Smoked Salmon Quiche
This smoked salmon quiche is a great starter or, if you prefer, it can be served as a main course with a colorful salad.
Ingredients

1 package of shortcrust pastry

4 eggs

pink pepper

¼ cup of cream cheese

chives
Preparation Method
- In a round shape with a removable bottom, place the dough on a sheet of parchment paper. Press it against the bottom and sides of the shape.
- Place another sheet of parchment paper over the dough and add dry grain.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until the dough starts to turn golden.
- Beat the eggs with the cream in a bowl. Season with salt and pink pepper and mix well.
- Pour this mixture over the dough in the tart pan, after discarding the grain and the parchment paper.
- Garnish with the smoked salmon, spoonfuls of cream cheese and chopped chives.
- Return to the oven until the quiche is well cooked.
