Shrimp salad with avocado
A simple and easy salad for your summer.

Ingredients

200 g shrimp;

½ diced avocado;

Lettuce leaves;

1 teaspoon salt
Preparation Method
- Boil the prawns for 10 minutes and drain.
- Then cut the prawns into pieces and place in a bowl with the avocado.
- In another bowl, mix the zest and juice of the lemon, salt and avocado oil and mix well until smooth.
- Season the prawns and avocado with the dressing. Add the washed, dried and chopped lettuce leaves and serve.
