Shrimp and peas wok

Preparation Method
- Blanch the peas in boiling water until tender. Remove and drain. Set aside.
- Heat the wok oil in a wok. Add the finely chopped garlic cloves and sauté for about 3 minutes.
- Add the prawns, well drained from the water, and fry them until they are well-colored and orange. Add the soy sauce, mix well, and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the noodles and vegetable stock and cook until the noodles are tender and have absorbed almost all the stock.
- Add the peas and mix everything well. Rectify the seasoning and serve with finely chopped chives.
