Shrimp and peas wok

  1. Blanch the peas in boiling water until tender. Remove and drain. Set aside.
  2. Heat the wok oil in a wok. Add the finely chopped garlic cloves and sauté for about 3 minutes.
  3. Add the prawns, well drained from the water, and fry them until they are well-colored and orange. Add the soy sauce, mix well, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the noodles and vegetable stock and cook until the noodles are tender and have absorbed almost all the stock.
  5. Add the peas and mix everything well. Rectify the seasoning and serve with finely chopped chives.
