Sardines with aromatic sauce
These sardines with aromatic sauce are a real treat! The secret is in the marinade, which gives the sardines even more flavor. Serve over toasted bread and cherry tomatoes.
Ingredients

0.1 dl white wine vinegar

2 pcs shallot

1 pc purple Onion

3 bay leaf

4 rosemary stem

1 c. of coffee salt

10 peppercorns

6 pcs mini baguette

12 pcs cherry tomato
Preparation Method
- In a saucepan, combine the vinegar with 1 dl of oil, the shallots and red onion cut into half moons, the broken bay leaves, the rosemary in branches (reserve a stem), the salt and crushed pepper.
- Mix everything together, add the white wine and bring to the boil until it boils. Remove and let cool.
- Once cool, add the orange cut into slices (reserve one) and the sardines and leave to marinate in the fridge for about 15 minutes.«
- Cut the buns in half and toast them slightly.
- Then, drizzle them with the remaining oil, placing the tomato cut into quarters and the sardines with a little of the marinade on top.
- Garnish with the rosemary and the reserved orange slice.
