Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce

Cold salmon served with a delicious mustard sauce, dill and cream, a perfect accompaniment.

  1. Season one side of the salmon with 2 teaspoons of dill. Heat the oil in a large skillet and fry the salmon for 15 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until well cooked. Remove from pan and set aside.
  2. Add the mustard, the remaining ½ teaspoon of Dill and the cream to the skillet, season to taste and let it simmer. Reduce the heat and add the yogurt, heating gently without letting it boil. Serve alongside the salmon.
