Salmon with caper sauce

A simple and tasty meal.

Preparation Method

  1. Season the salmon with lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, and salt.
  2. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. In a greased dish place the potato slices and the salmon.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 30 minutes covered with aluminum foil.
  5. Remove the foil and brown.
  6. Sauce: Heat the butter and olive oil in a frying pan, add the drained and washed capers, parsley, and turn off.
  7. Remove the salmon from the oven.
  8. Cover with the sauce and serve.
