Salmon with caper sauce
A simple and tasty meal.
Ingredients

1 salmon fillet of 1 kg

1 clove of crushed garlic

Rosemary
-
Salt to taste

Pre-cooked potato slices
Sauce
-
1 tablespoon of butter
-
4 tablespoons capers
-
Parsley to taste
Preparation Method
- Season the salmon with lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, and salt.
- Let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- In a greased dish place the potato slices and the salmon.
- Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 30 minutes covered with aluminum foil.
- Remove the foil and brown.
- Sauce: Heat the butter and olive oil in a frying pan, add the drained and washed capers, parsley, and turn off.
- Remove the salmon from the oven.
- Cover with the sauce and serve.
