400gr of White Beans

500gr Roman Broccoli

Bread Croutons (to taste)

Black pepper
Preparation Method
- Divide the broccoli into florets.
- In a pan introduce the tomato with basil and cook with salt, pepper and water. Once it boils, add the broccoli and cook.
- At the end of the preparation, add the white beans.
- Serve with the croutons and a drizzle of olive oil.
