Preparation Method

  1. Divide the broccoli into florets.
  2. In a pan introduce the tomato with basil and cook with salt, pepper and water. Once it boils, add the broccoli and cook.
  3. At the end of the preparation, add the white beans.
  4. Serve with the croutons and a drizzle of olive oil.
