Roasted Veal Breast with Chimichurri Sauce

4 cloves garlic

Preparation Method
- Place the veal breast on an oven tray and soak it in lemon juice.
- Add some peeled garlic, rosemary, and sage. Let it rest for at least 20 minutes.
- Once the meat is marinated, place it on a baking tray in which a drizzle of olive oil is poured. The chimichurri sauce will be served with roast veal.
- Place the container in the oven on the second level. Select conventional heating function. Temperature: 165°C. Cooking time: 55 min.
