Roasted Veal Breast with Chimichurri Sauce

Roasted veal is a typical dish from Argentina, and the chimichurri sauce that it serves as an accompaniment gives this dish a strong and delicious flavor.

  1. Place the veal breast on an oven tray and soak it in lemon juice.
  2. Add some peeled garlic, rosemary, and sage. Let it rest for at least 20 minutes.
  3. Once the meat is marinated, place it on a baking tray in which a drizzle of olive oil is poured. The chimichurri sauce will be served with roast veal.
  4. Place the container in the oven on the second level. Select conventional heating function. Temperature: 165°C. Cooking time: 55 min.
