Chopped basil and parsley leaves, for serving
Preparation Method
- In a saucepan, heat the arrabbiata sauce.
- Cook the rigatoni in a large pot of boiling water seasoned with salt, according to the package directions. Drain the pasta, reserving 1 cup of the water.
- Add the rigatoni to the sauce and stir; add a little of the cooking water if the sauce becomes too thick.
- Transfer to plates and serve sprinkled with chopped basil and parsley leaves and grated cheese.
