Rice with Squid in its Ink
This recipe has the exact quantities to prepare rice with squid in ink for two people.

Preparation Method
- Cut the onion and pepper into small portions. In a frying pan with olive oil, add the onion to sauté. Subsequently, add the red pepper to perform the same procedure. Add water and let it cook.
- Next, add the rice, salt, and pepper to the mixture and bring to high heat. When the water is reduced, add a glass of white wine. Let it cook on medium heat stirring constantly. Add an extra cup of water and let it continue cooking.
- When we see that the rice is at the cooking point add the squid in its ink. Remove until it is mixed in the right way. Let it stand for a few minutes and finally serve.
