Red Fruits Triffle with Chocolate Cantuccini
Prepare in less than 20 minutes a delicious dessert. The combination of red fruits with natural Greek yogurt and Chocolate Cantuccini.
Ingredients

300 g frozen red fruits

1 cinnamon stick

250g Chocolate Cantuccini

500 g Greek yoghurt

1 pomegranate
-
mint
Preparation Method
- In a pan, heat the red fruits with the sugar and the cinnamon stick. Leave to cook until the fruit softens. Set aside and allow to cool completely.
- Crumble the Chocolate Cantuccini and place the part on the base of 4 glasses. Pour the red fruit mixture on top.
- Cover with a layer of the crumbled madeleines and another of the yogurt. Sprinkle with some more Cantuccini and decorate with pomegranate berries and mint leaves.
