Quinoa dumplings
Despite its recent entry into our diet, quinoa has been gaining more and more fans. Easy to prepare and very versatile, this food is known for its benefits and nutritional value. Take advantage of leftover cooked quinoa and prepare these irresistible quinoa dumplings.
Ingredients

2 tbsp chopped onion

2 tbsp grated carrot with peel

2 tbsp peas

1 pc egg

100 g grated cheese

1 teaspoon salt

pepper
-
2 tbsp chopped herbs (parsley, coriander, chives)
Preparation Method
- Preheat the oven to 190°C. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan and sauté the onion for 3 minutes. Add the carrot and peas, stir and cook for a further 2 minutes.
- Pour the quinoa into a bowl, add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- With the help of an ice-cream scoop, make balls, arrange them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 10 minutes. Turn them over and bake for a further 5 minutes.
