Prosecco with Red Fruits
Prosecco with red fruit macerate turns any occasion into a party!
Ingredients

150 g strawberry

120g blackberry
-
130g raspberries
Preparation Method
- Wash the fruit well under running water and remove the leaves from the strawberries. In a glass bowl, mix the fruits well with the sugar until they release juices.
- Cover the bowl with cling film and leave it in the fridge for about 45 minutes – the fruit will macerate in the sugar.
- Meanwhile, refrigerate the prosecco – it should be well chilled by the time you serve it.
- When serving, place about 2 spoonfuls of the fruit maceration in the bottom of a long glass, tip the glass slightly and top up with the prosecco. Serve immediately.
