Pork Steaks with Black Pepper
You can accompany it with sweet potato or rice. Enjoy your meal!
Ingredients

700 g pork steaks

3 garlic cloves

1 sprig of coriander
Preparation Method
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper. In a bowl or mortar, place 1 tablespoon of olive oil, coriander, coarsely chopped garlic, and grains of black pepper to taste. Crush well and set aside.
- Put the remaining olive oil in a frying pan, bring to a boil, and add the meat and brown well on both sides. Drizzle with the white wine and bring to the boil. Add the pepper seasoning to the meat and leave to simmer. Remove from the heat and serve.
