Pork fillet with white wine
Pork loin is an easy meat to cook and with which we can prepare delicious dishes. The secret to achieving a tasty pork loin is to leave it marinating for a few hours or preferably overnight. Several ingredients can be used in this marinade for pork loin, one of the most popular is white wine.
Ingredients

1 kg pork fillet

2 tablespoons lemon juice

3 cloves of garlic
-
1 bay leaf
-
paprika to taste

Pepper to taste

Salt to taste

rosemary or thyme to taste
Preparation Method
- Prepare the marinated loin with the seasonings (wine, lemon juice, garlic, bay leaf, olive oil, paprika, pepper, salt and rosemary or thyme). Place the loin in a large container, pour the mixture from the blender over it and leave it for at least 1 hour.
- After the recommended time, put some olive oil in a pan and heat it over a high flame. When it’s hot, brown the loin on all sides, without the marinade, just to seal it. Remove to a baking pan, pour the marinade over it and cover with aluminum foil.
- Place the pork loin in the oven for 40 minutes. Then remove the foil, turn the pork loin upside down and bake for another 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Slice and serve with, for example, mashed potatoes.
