Penne with Artichokes and Sausages
A perfect pasta for any occasion.
Ingredients

30 g grated Parmigiano Reggiano

80 g pork sausage

30 g butter

A teaspoon of parsley

Preparation Method
- Cook the artichokes for four minutes with olive oil and butter in a pan.
- Drizzle with wine, put in the oven, and add the parsley.
- Chop the sausage and cook separately. Drain off the fat, and add the roasted artichokes, salt and pepper.
- Cook the Penne Rigate in plenty of salted water, sauté with the artichoke and sausage sauce, and serve with Parmigiano Reggiano.
