Passion Fruit Vinegar Cake

Try making something totally different, this cake is very fluffy and with a mild passion fruit flavor.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 200g of sugar
  • 250g of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons passion fruit vinegar

Preparation Method

  1. Place the eggs, sugar, and oil in a food processor cup and blend for 1 minute.
  2. Add the flour and yeast and beat for 15 seconds.
  3. Finally, add the vinegar and mix everything very well.
  4. Put the mixture in a greased shape and take it to the oven, preheated, at 180º, about 25 to 30m.
