Pappardelle with Truffle and Mushrooms

Preparation Method
- Cook the pappardelle pasta according to the package instructions.
- Heat a little olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic.
- Drain the water from the mushrooms and add the mushrooms to the stew (save the water).
- Now add the water to the stew and let it cook until it has the desired thickness.
- Mix the Alba White Truffle Cream, the cream and the oregano into the sauce.
- Add the sauce to the cooked pappardelle pasta.
