Panna Cotta with Salted Butter Caramel Cream
Very simple salted butter caramel cream, flavoured with vanilla. Simple but so good.
Ingredients

2 g of agar

3 egg yolks
Preparation Method
- Bring the cream and vanilla pod to a boil.
- Add the agar-agar mixture and sugar and cook for 2 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the heat and add the egg yolk, mixing.
- Pour the cream into the verrines, leave to cool, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Then pour the Salted Butter Caramel cream on top of the panna cotta.
