Pancakes with Double Cream

Ingredients

2 eggs

250 ml. of milk

70 gr. of melted warm margarine

250 gr. of wheat flour

1 tablespoon [dessert] Baking Powder
Preparation Method
- Place all the ingredients in the cup of the food processor.
- Mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Grease a frying pan for crepes with a little oil, passing with kitchen paper.
- Spoons of dough are placed and cooked on both sides.
- When they start to make holes in the dough, it’s because they’re ready to turn.
- Serve with accompaniment to taste.
