Muffins with Belgian Chocolate Virtuoso

60ml milk

120g flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

50g chocolate
Preparation Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Put all the muffin ingredients, except the biscuits, in a large bowl and mix coarsely with a wooden spoon.
- Cut 7 Virtuoso Belgian Chocolate into pieces and add to the muffin mixture.
- Divide the mixture into the muffin tins and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Leave to cool on a rack at room temperature.
- Cut the remaining Virtuosos in half and divide between the muffins.
- Preparation of the chocolate syrup: put the chocolate and the cream in a pan and heat on low heat, mix until smooth and consistent.
- Pour over the muffins before serving.
