Moist Chocolate Cake

We love cakes and this chocolate cake, besides being moist, is a real treat! A dessert that will leave everyone at home surrendered. You can also sprinkle it with icing sugar. Enjoy your meal!

  1. Grease a baking pan with margarine and sprinkle it with flour. Turn the oven on to 180ºc.
  2. Break half the chocolate into pieces in a bowl, add the butter and melt in a bain-marie or in the microwave. Remove, add the sugar and boiling water and mix well.
  3. In another bowl, mix the flour with the yeast and the eggs, lightly beaten. Add the chocolate mixture, stir well and pour into the mould.
  4. Chop the remaining chocolate, sprinkle it over the mixture and bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven, allow to cool well and then remove from the mould. Serve decorated to taste.
