Mett Empanadas
Any type of meat is good for filling empanadas.
Ingredients

500 g of minced meat

2 chopped boiled eggs

1 c. cumin soup

salt q.b.

1/2 onion

3 cloves of garlic

Preparation Method
- In a skillet, heat oil. Once the oil is hot, add the onion and garlic.
- Add the cumin, paprika and let it cook for a while.
- Add the chopped olives
- Add the raisins and finally the boiled eggs.
- Dust the worktop with flour, remove a sheet of dough from the empanadas.
- Place a spoonful of filling in the center.
- Close the dough tightly and close and roll the dough, in order to achieve the appearance of an empanada.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, at 200º, until the dough is cooked and golden.
