Melon Pie with Greek Yogurt

70 g of melted butter
For the filling

1 large melon

500 g of plain Greek yogurt

1 sheet of gelatin
Preparation Method
- One large cantaloupe 500 g plain Greek yogurt 150 ml honey 100 ml milk 1/4 cup (tea) water 1 gelatine sheet
- Prepare the base: place the indicated ingredients in a food processor or food processor and turn it on until well mixed.
- Spread the mixture on the bottom of a pie pan, pressing down with your fingers, and set aside in the fridge.
- Prepare the filling: soak the gelatin in cold water for a few minutes, then melt it in the microwave, without letting it boil.
- Separately, beat the yogurt with the milk and honey with a wire rod, then add the dissolved gelatin and beat a little more.
- Peel the seed melon, clean it, remove small balls of the pulp, using a Parisian spoon, and arrange some in the tart pan, over the biscuit base.
- Carefully pour the cream over the fruit and finish with the remaining melon. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
