Meat Goulash
Hungarian goulash is one of the oldest meat stews in existence. This stew is prepared on the basis of veal and onions, the most characteristic seasoning is paprika.

Preparation Method
- Cut the meat into 2-3 cm cubes. Season the meat and rub in flour. Lightly fry the meat in a pan with olive oil to seal it and set aside.
- Sauté the onion cut into julienne strips. When cooked, add the chopped tomato and pepper and add the meat again.
- Add water to cover all the ingredients and then add 2 tablespoons of our smoked sweet and sour paprika and half a tablespoon of.
- When it starts to boil, turn the heat down to low and simmer for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, add the diced potatoes, cook for another 30 minutes and serve.
