Linguini with Dried Tomatoes, Mushrooms and Basil

A quick, easy and tasty pasta!

Preparation Method

  1. Cook the linguini in boiling water with a little garlic, a bay leaf, vegetable stock and salt.
  2. Sauté with a little olive oil, the sliced shallots and a chopped garlic clove. Add the dried tomatoes and allow to soften a little.
  3. Introduce the mushrooms and basil, sauté very briefly and adjust the salt and pepper seasoning.
  4. Once the linguini is cooked, drain it and mix it well with the tomato and mushroom stew. Place on a plate and drizzle with a little olive oil. Toss well and serve with grated cheese on the side.
