Linguini with Dried Tomatoes, Mushrooms and Basil
A quick, easy and tasty pasta!
Ingredients

2 cloves garlic

1 bay leaf

2 shallots
-
grated parmesan cheese to taste (optional)

salt

pepper
Preparation Method
- Cook the linguini in boiling water with a little garlic, a bay leaf, vegetable stock and salt.
- Sauté with a little olive oil, the sliced shallots and a chopped garlic clove. Add the dried tomatoes and allow to soften a little.
- Introduce the mushrooms and basil, sauté very briefly and adjust the salt and pepper seasoning.
- Once the linguini is cooked, drain it and mix it well with the tomato and mushroom stew. Place on a plate and drizzle with a little olive oil. Toss well and serve with grated cheese on the side.
