Lettuce, Peaches and Cashew Salad
This salad is a delight for hot days. This type of accompaniment is light and fresh.
Ingredients

150g of lettuce

2 peaches
Preparation Method
- Start by heating a dry, non-stick skillet. Then add the cashews and lightly toast them for a few minutes. Remove and set aside, leaving to cool.
- Then prepare the lettuce by separating it into leaves, washing and drying it well and placing it in a salad bowl.
- Then wash the peaches and cut them into slices or pieces. Add them to the lettuce as well as the cooled cashews.
- Then season to taste with the fleur de sel, olive oil and vinegar just before serving.
- Accompany with grilled meats.
