Lemon Pie with Ice Cream

100g butter biscuit

3 teaspoons lemon zest

1 tin of condensed milk

½ jar of ice cream
Preparation Method
- Blend the biscuits in a blender until you get a sandy texture.
- Mix in the biscuit and two teaspoons of lemon zest.
- Mix the condensed milk with the lemon juice until it thickens.
- Alternate layers of farofa, lemon cream and sorbet.
- Finish with ice cream. Decorate with the remaining biscuits and lemon zest.
- Chill in the freezer for 1 hour and serve afterward; if you prefer, make a single portion.
