Preparation Method
- Grease a well with margarine and sprinkle with flour. Turn on the oven to 180 degrees.
- In a bowl, combine the honey with the sugar and the margarine and beat everything very well. Then add the eggs one by one, beating constantly.
- In a separate bowl, combine the yeast with the flour and cinnamon, mix everything very well and add to the previous preparation.
- Pour the mixture into the mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
- Check with a toothpick if it is cooked. Remove from heat, unmold, let cool and serve decorated to taste.
