Honey Cake with Cinnamon

Ingredients

  • 150 g of honey
  • 250 g of flour
  • 100 g Margarine
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of yeast
  • Cinnamon powder q.s.
  • margarine to grease
  • flour to sprinkle

Preparation Method

  1. Grease a well with margarine and sprinkle with flour. Turn on the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, combine the honey with the sugar and the margarine and beat everything very well. Then add the eggs one by one, beating constantly.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the yeast with the flour and cinnamon, mix everything very well and add to the previous preparation.
  4. Pour the mixture into the mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
  5. Check with a toothpick if it is cooked. Remove from heat, unmold, let cool and serve decorated to taste.
