Ham Salad with Fourme d’Ambert Cheese
Ingredients

200 g of lettuce

2 slices of ham

200 g Fourme d'Ambert cheese

200 g of mushrooms
-
12 walnut kernels
-
Croutons (optional)
VINEGAR

2 tablespoons of vinegar
-
3 tablespoons of sunflower oil

1 clove of garlic
Preparation Method
- Wash and dry the lettuce. Roll up the ham slices and cut them into sections of about 4 cm.
- Wash the mushrooms well. Remove the stem of the button mushrooms, cut the caps into thin slices.
- Place them in a bowl and immediately drizzle them with lemon juice.
- Cut the Fourme d’Ambert cheese into strips.
- Prepare the croutons with the leftover stale bread. Cut thin slices, rub them on both sides with garlic, drizzle with olive oil, and place on the oven rack for 2 to 3 minutes.
- In a bowl, prepare the sauce by mixing a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper, mustard, vinegar, and both oils. Emulsify with a fork.
- In a large bowl, mix the ingredients, pour the sauce. Mix gently and serve immediately.
