Hake roe vinaigrette
The hake roe vinaigrette is a Mediterranean option that will transport you to the Spanish coast with every bite.
Ingredients

1 red pepper

1 green pepper

1 yellow pepper

1 onion

1 ripe tomato

Sherry vinegar, adding distinction and unique character to the recipe
Preparation Method
- Chop all the vegetables (red, green and yellow peppers, onions and tomatoes) into small cubes and put them in a deep bowl.
- Open the tin of Hake Roe Medallions and drizzle the olive oil over the chopped vegetables in the bowl. Make sure the chilli is also incorporated into the container.
- Add a pinch of salt to the tin.
- Add a splash of sherry vinegar to the container.
- Mix all the ingredients well so that the flavours integrate and you get a homogeneous vinaigrette.
- To serve, place a good bed of vinaigrette on the plate and top with a piece of hake roe.
