Grilled razor clams with garlic and paprika

Ingredients

3 cloves of garlic

50 grams parsley

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste
Preparation Method
- In a frying pan, put a dash of olive oil and brown 3 sliced garlic cloves, add the chopped parsley and a teaspoon of paprika.
- Add the natural razor clams to the frying pan, for just a few seconds so that they heat up slightly and integrate with the rest of the ingredients.
- Remove from the pan to a serving plate.
