Garlic paste, olive oil and spicy paprika flakes
An original, simple, quick and delicious Italian recipe.
Ingredients

6 cloves garlic, finely chopped

70g grated parmesan cheese
Preparation Method
- In a large pan bring salted water over medium heat to a boil. Add the pasta and cook following the instructions on the package.
- When the is ready, reserve a 200ml glass of boiled water before draining.
- Meanwhile, in a large frying pan or shallow pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for one minute. Add the Paprika Flakes and cook for a further 30 seconds. Add the 200ml of water we had reserved and simmer for 5 minutes until the liquid reduces to a third.
- Season to taste with salt.
- Remove the pasta from the water and transfer to the pan and stir well.
- Drizzle a little olive oil over the top and serve with grated parmesan cheese on top.
