Fusilli with Tuna and Oregano
Any recipe with tuna is delicious… But this fusilli with tuna is really divine. Not to mention that it’s very easy to make too. In 30 minutes you’ll have a ready and delicious meal.
Ingredients

300 g fusilli

1 large tin of peeled tomatoes in pieces

1 large onion

3 cloves of garlic

1 bay leaf

dried oregano
-
paprika
Preparation Method
- Bring a pan of water and salt to a boil. When the water starts boiling, add the fusilli. Let the pasta cook until it is “al dente” and then drain it.
- Peel, wash, and roughly chop the onion and garlic. Place them in a pan with olive oil and bay leaf and brown.
- Add the chopped tomato and season with salt, chili, oregano, and paprika.
- Drain the tuna and mix. Add the cooked fusilli, stir well and adjust the seasoning. Remove from the heat and serve immediately.
