Fusilli with Pesto
Prepare a simple and very tasty meal. Cook the fusilli pasta, add tomatoes, mozzarella, and olives, cover everything with the pesto sauce, sprinkle with toasted pine nuts, and serve.
Ingredients

1 teaspoon of salt

250g of cherry tomatoes mix

2 tablespoonful of red onion

150 g mini-mozzarellas

fresh basil
-
2 tablespoonful of toasted pine nuts
Preparation Method
- Cook the pasta in water seasoned with salt, according to the instructions on the package.
- When the pasta is cooked, drain and place in a salad bowl. Add the pesto and mix.
- Add the halved tomatoes, the chopped onion, the mini mozzarellas, the olives, and some chopped basil leaves. Drizzle with olive oil and mix well.
- Before serving, sprinkle with the toasted pine nuts.
