Dip of Chorizo and Cheese
Accompany the black pork chorizo dip with delicious Grissinis. An easy and delicious starter ready in just 20 minutes.
Ingredients

4 tablespoons frozen onion

1 tablespoon frozen garlic

100 g grated island cheese

150 g grated mozzarella cheese

2 tbsp chopped coriander
Preparation Method
- Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
- In a frying pan that can go in the oven, sauté the chopped chorizo until golden brown.
- Remove the chorizo and in its fat, sauté the onion and garlic. Add the cheese and cook for 2 minutes until melted.
- Add 3/4 of the chopped chorizo and mix it together. Place in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, and sprinkle with the chopped coriander and the remaining chorizo.
- Serve with the grissini.
