Dip of Chorizo and Cheese

Accompany the black pork chorizo dip with delicious Grissinis. An easy and delicious starter ready in just 20 minutes.

Preparation Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
  2. In a frying pan that can go in the oven, sauté the chopped chorizo until golden brown.
  3. Remove the chorizo and in its fat, sauté the onion and garlic. Add the cheese and cook for 2 minutes until melted.
  4. Add 3/4 of the chopped chorizo and mix it together. Place in the oven for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven, and sprinkle with the chopped coriander and the remaining chorizo.
  6. Serve with the grissini.
