Ingredients

200 g carrots (cooked)

5 ml cider vinegar

5 ml orange juice

1 clove garlic

orange zest

Coriander
Preparation Method
- Place the coriander in a food processor and chop it finely. Put aside in a bowl.
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor, except the coriander and orange zest, and blend until smooth.
- Finish by sprinkling with the coriander that you reserved, some sesame seeds, and the orange zest, to taste.
Note: You can use this dip as a dip in wraps.
